For Parents
At The Piie Club, we understand how important trust, communication, and consistency are for families. Our Parent Information section is designed to give you clarity, peace of mind, and a clear understanding of what to expect when your child joins our programmes. We aim to make the process smooth, transparent, and supportive from the moment you register.
Daily Structure
Our after-school programme runs from 3:45pm–7:00pm, offering a calm transition from the school day into a structured, enriching environment. Each session includes academic time, life-skills activities, sports, creative learning, and a nourishing refreshment break.

Safety & Wellbeing

Your child’s safety is at the heart of everything we do. All sessions take place onsite at your child’s school, eliminating travel risks and ensuring a smooth, secure handover. Staff members are fully trained in safeguarding, first aid, behaviour management, and child wellbeing.

Registration & Attendance

Enrolling is simple. Once registered, parents receive a welcome pack with key information, dates, expectations, and programme details. We ask families to notify us of absences or collection changes to maintain our safeguarding standards
