Every team member holds up-to-date safeguarding certificates, DBS checks, and children’s first aid training, along with role-specific qualifications. The Piie Club is led by Ama Asamoah, a devoted wife of three and passionate advocate for education, faith, and child development. Her experience as a parent brings warmth, empathy, and understanding to the heart of our organisation. Ama leads with clarity, integrity, and genuine care, ensuring excellence in every aspect of our work. Programme Manager
Our Programme Manager ensures the smooth, consistent, and high-quality delivery of our daily programme. They oversee curriculum planning, staff coordination, punctual scheduling, behaviour and wellbeing support, and all communication with families. Their leadership ensures that each session reflects our core values and provides children with structure, safety, and meaningful learning.

Enrichment Team
The Piie Club’s Enrichment Team includes academic tutors, life-skills instructors, sports coaches, pastoral staff, and creative facilitators. Carefully selected for their qualifications, heart, and ability to inspire, they bring enthusiasm and expertise to every session. Their role is to help children grow academically, develop essential skills, and build strong character within a warm, motivating environment.
